LAYERS ON LAYERS / CAPSULE COLLECTION- 2022

This collection is inspired by the people and the land of Mardin, which is a city defined by the multicultural tradition of Mesopotamian background, the blend of cultures, religions and history in the eastern part of Turkey. The traditional culture of ethnic and traditional clothing, which has been preserved through generations, is very powerful and has relevance to this day. This project aims to honor those traditions while subtly introducing modern and street-style elements to create a contemporary collection.
